ATTORNEY - RICHARD KORB

RICHARD E. KORB is a seasoned, down-to-earth, attorney with extensive commercial and technology experience representing start-ups and major companies alike. Richard graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors in Political Science and Public Policy in 1977 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1980, where he was a contributing editor to the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and a finalist in international moot court competition. Richard leverages his experience as a former partner in a 100-person law firm and chief counsel for a public software company to assist companies from start-ups to multi-nationals with a broad spectrum of legal matters. 

Over his legal career, Richard has drafted and negotiated over 100 contracts and licenses for Fortune 500 software/hardware and telecom companies and has also managed and litigated over 250 court cases including several high profile class actions in the fields of commercial law, intellectual property and general civil law.
