Jennifer Gray was born and graduated from high school in Chico, California.  Jennifer graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1990 with BA degrees in Economics and International Relations.

From 1990 to 1992, Jennifer worked as an Administrative Assistant for a start-up biomedical research & development corporation.  Since 1992, Jennifer has worked as a business and corporate paralegal.  Her expertise as a business and corporate paralegal is the result of her experience in assisting in the formation, maintenance, reorganization and dissolution of hundreds of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and general partnerships, as well as other legal entities.

Doreen Vigus was born in Fullerton, California, attended high school in Napa, California and attended Olympic Junior College in Bremerton, Washington. 

Doreen has over twenty years of experience as a legal secretary and paralegal.
