JGPC Business and Corporate Law Opens New Office in Livermore, California

JGPC Business and Corporate Law is proud to announce that it has opened another office location at 373 North L Street in Livermore, CA.  The new office will provide all the same legal services as the services available at the original JGPC office in Pleasanton.

The motivation for opening a second office is to provide clients in and around Livermore with a more convenient location.  “All of us at JGPC law are excited about opening our new office in Livemore and providing a more efficient and convenient service to our clients in Livermore as well as expanding our presence in the Tri-Valley area,” said Jim Gulseth, the founder of JGPC Law.

JGPC Law’s motto is, “Our business is business.”  The firm provides legal services to businesses, business owners, business managers and business investors with a special focus on business startups.  Attorneys Gulseth, Gerald Prettyman, Bob Taylor, Thomas Von Thury and Mike Sellers help businesses at all stages of a businesses’ life cycle, from formation and growth to the ultimate sale or merger.

The attorneys at JGPC Law have a particular appreciate for the importance of protecting the intellectual property of a business.  In the Tri-Valley area, where the tech sector is so strong, the primary assets of many businesses are their intellectual property.  Protecting intellectual property is especially important for these businesses, because their success depends upon their ability to protect their intellectual property.

Livermore stands out as a place that could benefit from the services of a business law firm with so much expertise in patents and intellectual property because innovation is so much a part of the city’s culture.  Many of Livermore’s entrepreneurs first came to the city to work in one of its many laboratories.

Evidence of Livermore’s important role in innovation is that scientists in Livermore played a role in the discovery of six chemical elements.  Element 116 is even named livermorium, in honor of the city.
